SHIPPING

Upon checkout you will be presented with two options to receive your ALARK purchase: Local Pick Up or Flat Rate (Courier). 

1. LOCAL PICK UP

Our physical store is located in Piketberg at 59 Long Street. You are welcome to collect your parcel at our store. 

Please ONLY collect your parcel if we have informed you that your parcel is ready for collection. Once you have received the confirmation email, please have your online order number (sent to via email upon placing your online order) ready for store collection. Please note that without your online order number you will not be eligible to collect your purchase.

Once collected, you will receive an email stating that your parcel was successfully collected.

2. COURIER TO ANYWHERE IN SA

In most cases, we make use of The Courier Guy for our courier services. A flat rate of R80 will be charged per consignment shipped. Orders over R1000 will be free. Once your parcel is sent for delivery, you will receive a notification from the courier company to the cellphone number or email address provided on your online order. You can track your parcel by using the reference number that the courier company provides.

Please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable in the case of exchanges/returns. Please read more about exchanges/returns here.

Shipping Address

Please double check you have entered the correct shipping address. We do not take responsibility for lost parcels due to customers incorrectly entering their address. If you think you have entered the wrong address please contact customer service as soon as possible - info@alark.co.za
